Strengths - Concept of idea - Explanation of what the project is - Intrest associated with the project

For this activity, I am listing out some of the strengths in my presentation about the artifact I am making. First is the concept of my idea. I know what I am trying to create and have a good sense of the steps to get there and what to do. I can accurately describe what I am trying to do and what the end product should look like. Second is the explanation of the project. This kinda goes hand and hand with the concept of the idea but it’s the individual step and what I want to do within these steps. For example, I know that I need to do machine learning and I know what I am going to start with (sklearn) and that I need to find future machine learning libraries. My last strength in my presentation is my interest and want to do this project and why I’m doing it. I explained my love for sports and how I have played them my whole life. I also demonstrated my knowledge and interest in the NBA.

Weaknessess - Clear and consistent speaking - Overlap in information on slides - Practice

To complete this activity I also identified three weaknesses in my presentation. First is clearly speaking. I tend to speak fast when presenting so working on slowing down what I am saying can improve clarity. I also tend to go over something I already said because I am speaking too fast and lose track of the flow of the speech. Finally and maybe the most important weakness is practice. Overall I thought I did a decent job practicing previous to giving the presentation. When I gave the presentation I felt like I was lost and didn’t know what to say and in what order to say it. Practicing more will help with all of these issues.
