Talked about how to group the related works chapter into themes. The themes that I am thinking about are sentiment analysis and media bias(possibly NBA betting). When trying to find references that relate to my project, I found articles about these themes mainly. This is important for the related works section of the writing because without having themes, you might not being doing your literature review in the correct areas. By identifiying themes, it helps you cover all of the areas of your project that are important and it allows you to be able to do a literature review on everything. It is also important to format your sources in the correct way. We talked about how to get the bibtex citation from google scholar and also where we are supposed to put them. This will help validate your literature review and make it so that your work looks correct. We talked about how the related works chapter is one of the most important chapters because it is very important when doing a research project to actually reaserch the area that you are working in. By doing that, it can help you understand the area more which makes you educated in that specific area. Overall, doing this activity and talking about the related works chapters was very helpful and it led me to know what I was doing when writing the related works chapters. All of the knowledge gained from this activity was used in the writing process of the related works chapter.
